They could be top tier if they owned who they are instead of trying to hide it. They're super diverse in a good way. They have girls from nearly every organization on campus and they have girls who all look pretty different from each other and are still gorgeous. The problem is, they seem to only let the athletes and the rich blondes take the spotlight. The few girls in charge look like they're trying to hide their diversity, which makes them seem fake and reflects poorly on their sisterhood.

group of guys who think they're much better than they are. House isn't good for parties. Some decent guys within the fraternity. New pledge class has a few that are cool and the other half can't say hey to girls. Most of the cool ones wish they were in a different fraternity

They don't like each other, the upperclassmen hate their last pledge class, if you join then you'll get maybe 2 true friends or you'll drop which seems to be a reoccurring theme for them now.

had 6 girls disaffiliate from this years pledge class, their PC is so small some of the girls are going to get triplets for littles haha, hot and will always be top with KD but the regrets are obvious based on how many girls dropped warning to all freshmen

They aren't actually doing well. The reputation that proceeds them is false now. Since my freshmen year I've seen them slip but nothing as bad as last year's pledge class. They seem to keep good appearances which must be the only thing keeping them afloat because they don't actually like each other, they degrade each other behind closed doors and I feel bad for the girls that fell for what they thought they were getting into and now regret it.

It only took one year for them to take dpi's reign in winning stroll Did great in recruitment (from the looks of it) obviously they got a lot of girls that other sororities wrongly threw out, which says just as much that the other sororities are petty as it does that ZTA has good girls. They have a mixed rep because they have a diverse group, which can be interpreted whichever way you please to end: their new recruitment video put any other sorority that attempted a video to shame

ZTA is a diverse group that is not your typical "sorority girls." They are all very down to earth and don't put up with a lot of the petty drama that happens within most sororities. Everyone knows that ZTA knows how to have fun yet still maintain a good reputation because none of the girls try to be something they aren't. Overall, the best way anyone could describe ZTA is genuine.
