question about frats

How do fraternity’s own their houses? Basically who is on Title? Is it their national that owns the house?

Usually Alumni Corporation, but less often the National organization. Are you a lawyer? This is an odd question.

I’m very suspicious of this post. They are owned by registered incorporated entities and not for sale. Ours is owned by our alumni corporation. I don’t think any fraternities are owned by their nationals. That’s more a sorority thing.
