Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 2.8 Leasing a house from Lambda Chi Alpha who is rumored to come back soon. What happens when they get off their lease? Are they gonna move to Shaw like those joke apartment frats? Parties overhyped, bros are rude if your a dude, and eager with the alcohol if your a lady or sorority chick. Alcohol runs out by midnight. Parties are crowded cause they shove everybody in a small environment aka courtyard and barn multipurpose room. Don't recommend joining this house if you want a real fraternity experience with traditions and brotherhood, everybody here is more concerned about getting laid and staying on top of their so called pedestal instead of genuine fratting out.

Now the house is mostly full of overly confident dbags that really dont have a reason to be like that. Some guys are super laidback but others are creepy and do know limits at parties because girls get weirded out at their advances

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 4.8 Im not In a house but I go to most fraternities here at state. This house is the most chilliest and throws the best parties!. Sigma phi "everyone" is perfect term for them soley because their house has a mixture of everything that everyone can get along with, not because they hand out bids. These guys are down to party, down to chill, and down to play sports. By what I understand they have held the highest GPA and place in every sport they compete in, most of the time winning. Their parties are insane and I always leave ready for the next. Solid house to join
