Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 5.0 Phi Delt is a cool house. They have brothers that do all types of things which makes them very diverse. They are respectful and welcoming. Overall, great guys.

They have genuine guys who are respectful and know how to have a good time. Definitely on the rise of being a top house. Overall, great brotherhood and house on the row.

They aren’t fratty at all and if you join this house your social like will be trash and you’re basically joining a club. Rush another house

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 3.4 These guys are just average. They have been overlooked in the past for not having a house or throwing down, but they fixed that. Rave they had was pretty legit with an actual set feel. They are mostly cool guys but some can seem a little awk or anti-social. Overall, they are a lot better than they actually get credit for

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 1.2 Boys are lame, kinda creepy, and can't ever get girls to come over even though they're literally next door to the sororities. Shows a lot that girls would rather walk or Uber elsewhere rather than be here.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 3.2 These guys need to find their place, they're very hit or miss with everything. They were homeless for a long time but have recently taken over Sigeps old house which is a huge step forward. Some of their guys are super weird but a lot are actually pretty cool they just need to get out there and make a name for themselves already.
