Theta is not just a house full of pretty blondes and white girls. Because (like DG) they recruit based on personality. The majority of the house is gorgeous, but there are the few girls here and there that you look at and are just like, why are you on a top house...? But its because their personality went well with the house. Theta is very social and you will always find Thetas at every party and social event, they have one of the best sisterhoods hands down, and theyre super nice!

I loved Kappa and they were one of my pref houses. But they are just really good at recruiting and outside of recruitment, they arent as nice as they seem and are very cliquey and rude.
