Looks like a good house on the outside, but the sisterhood is terrible and the true friendships are just not there. Most of the girls don't even like one another and don't like the organization. They just want to be the hot house and are cruel to their sisters that arent attractive. They hide their less attractive girls during recruitment (Kitchen Kappas) so be careful. Not sure what happened to Kappa in the last couple of years. If you are considering Kappa, maybe go DG or Theta instead.

DZ is the worst house on the mall. They need like 70 girls this recruitment to reach house total because everyone drops them. This is the easiest house to get into. They COB year round. Id be embarassed to have DZ letters on my car. They are so weird and awkward and have a horrible sisterhood because none of them mesh together. Theyre just a bunch of random girls that couldnt get into any other house. They are all so different in a bad way and it doesnt work.

DG has a lot of local Fresno girls, so a lot of old high schooo drama. Their sisterhood needs some work. The can be very cliquey and harsh during recruitment to PNMs. The majority of DG is from Fresno so it can be hard for other girls to get in. Theyre pretty girls but have a lot of cattyness and drama within the house. They are nice to other sororities though and are fun to be around.

A lot of my best friends are thetas even though Im in a different house. They are really goofy, quirky, funny girls who are all super outgoing and social. They are always rolling deep at parties and have alot of girls who are sweethearts and dreamgirls for fraternities. They have a handful of not cute girls which I dont really get how that happens, but most of the house is pretty. They are all a little weird, but in a good way. Theyre very humble and laid back.

Really pretty girls…but that's it. Drama and backstabbing. They may be the most popular sorority on campus but the sisterhood is not there. Definitely a fake vibe. Very much the stereotypical sorority, and not necessarily in the good ways. If you want a true sisterhood and to make amazing friendships, go to another house. If all you care about is looks, guys, designer clothes and partying, go Kappa.

The kappa girls really know how to put on a show and create an image. They are superficially fun and sweet for show, but are all very mean and manipulating to each other and the rest of the greek community. They will burn as many bridges as possible to get popularity and to tear other girls down. Don't trust these girls. They think way too highly of themselves and only recruit based off looks.

KKG used to be really pretty, nice girls. Now theyre all kinda rude and mean and think theyre better than everyone else as soon as they get their bids. Their "sisterhood" is so fake and staged because they try to emulate what a sorority "is". They're stuck-up and just too into themselves. Their onlu values and priorities are to be the "hot" sorority and care nothing about genuine bonds and sisterhood. If you want real friends, find another house.

Theta has the best sisterhood on the mall (hard to admit it). They always have each others backs and are always helping each other and other houses out. They are very social, fun and energetic! Like all 3 top houses, they have a few girls that managed to sneak their way in and dont mix, but if you look past that, they are a great house full of down to earth, laid back, genuine, pretty girls. DG and Theta are definitely the way to go, find the one you feel most comfortable at!

If youre going to go greek, go Theta or DG. They are very similar so just find the one that feels more you. Dont get fooled by Kappas recruitment because they hide all their not cute girls and push all their pretty girls forward, and girls cant get caught up in the whole 'pretty girl' sorority thing. After recruitment you dont want to be a Kappa because they are mean and fake and have a bad sisterhood. Not to mention no one else on the mall likes them because they are unclassy and rude.

Their house is by far in the best condition. And they own it.
