One of the top houses but the girls can be so bland and boring. Their kinda just there. They seriously care way too much about their image. They put off this whole we are the best and smartest when in all reality I rarely seem them out at parties or social events unless it benefits them. They only participate in philanthropies that make them look good or is for some house their all about. They are way too self absorbed and think they are way better than they actually are.

You guys dropped a bit no offense. You're girls are basic pretty but thats it. Maybe build up your sisterhood and work on not being so superficial, cause the news of all your internal issues definitely went around this year and your psycho Fall 15 really hurt you.

You can't really say anything bad about Theta. They are a well rounded, down to earth group of girls and have many attractive, pretty sisters.

Every house has its flaws. None of them are perfect. I think it really just depends on your personality. When I went through recruitment, Kappa was where my heart was telling me to go, but I listened to other people in the greek system and went to one of the other two tops houses, and I have regreted it ever since, and wish I wouldve followed my heart and gone Kappa, because now I dont feel like I fit in or have any friends at the house I chose. Do what feels best for you, dont listen to people.

Has the hottest girls on campus, but god damn it's hard to hold a conversation with some of them. Future trophy wives...But I'm not complaining, I'll pick one up when I have the money.
