Some of the guys are nice but some are kinda weird/creepy. parties are alright. Overall, its an ok fraternity

They are social and have good parties. Although they live in a sorority house, the guys are nice and have a big variety of brothers which is cool meaning they don't pick people just cause they're attractiveness like most fraternities. Great house!

I know a few DGs who are super nice and that's how I try to think of the house as a whole...but there are some girls who are just so rude and have that "i'm better than you" kind of vibe. They are the ones who set the stereotype for the house. Try to be a little nicer. Was the first house I voted out during recruitment because of the vibe they gave off.
