LMAO whats funny is some the members are on IFC and so they get to choose what the Greek system as a whole does and thats why it sucks so bad. oh and the brothers in lambda chi who are on IFC were drinking during rush week lol and its all on video so that should be interesting. But in all honesty, they are the worst house in the greek system no doubt. All the good reviews on here are from the brothers in their house or girls who dont even have a sorority house lmao. there might be a couple ok guys but for the most part, no other fraternity associates with them. kick them out if they ever come to your house, they cause problems and are weird around girls. speakin the truth and letting those future PNM's to not rush this house

A couple years ago his chapter was middle tier and the brothers weren't that great socially. Since spring 16' the house got way better and the house is so welcoming, social, good looks, and are competitive in sports. SigEp is for sure one of the top houses if not the top house. Most of the bad reviews are probably from guys who didn't get a bid.. lol.

Everybody wants to be a Kappa during recruitment. Then a month goes by and their true colors come out. They have a ton of girls drop first semester because of how mean and stuck up they are. They dont get along with any other sorority. Props for their fakenes/acting skills during recruitment, but nobody wants to be a Kappa once recruitments over unless youre into the 'mean girls' vibe. Top tier picks are DG and Theta.

The last time I was out and saw these girls they were a hot mess. They were on their way up but now they're just a bunch of stoners and rave rats. Don't fall for the nice front they put on during recruitment. You'll regret it.

This chapter is really one of the best on campus. They consistently get the top average GPA, they are very competitive in philanthropy events, and everyone wants to go to their parties. If you get a bid for their house, then they will also make sure that you don't fall behind in your grades. If you are wondering why there are a few negative comments, it is because the other houses are getting tired of coming in second place to SigEp.
