I'd say that overall they are a 4.5, but all of those negative reviews are undeserving. They are definately one of the top houses on campus, and throw the best parties.

The phi delts have no House, which means that they can be overlooked, but they are on the rise. They had a large pledge class filled with really fun guys. They are not afraid to have fun, and they make their presence known wherever they go.
