I tried to rush last semester and was invited to their “chapter house”. It’s just a regular house! Plus when I went all the dudes were douchey and they act like they’re better than you. Bottom line, no house, no clout.

These boys have never been anything but nice to my friends and I, and are always really respectful. A lot of the negative posts on here are from Phi Delts, who can't even get any people to come to their new house for more than 10 min and are bitter that they'll never live up to SigEps name
