If you get to know these guys and they like you you'll never be walking around their house without a beer in your hand. They seem to approach everyone that comes around really well unless you get on their bad side, don't do that!

Apartment house, all parties outside, no pledge semester = pay and your in! lol, super stingy with alcohol, and watch out other frats they will report to IFC in a heartbeat instead of handling issues face to face
