Sig Ep is well involved with the community, but they are really douchy. They're like a cross between a DSP and a Kappa Sig. They live on sorority mall, so idk what they'll do for housing in the future. Party's aren't anything special, and they aren't the friendliest towards guests. Their brotherhood program is very questionable after I talked to some ex Sig Eps.

Sigma chi is a very well established house here at Fresno state, lot of local alumni with the $$$. They could be a little more friendlier and not all TFM douchy, but they could be worse.

Never have been a top house. Seem like they're on their little own island on Shaw Ave. House is small, and parties are whatever.
