From a guys point a view, these girls are definitely the hottest. Most of them are some of the hottest girls on campus, but the are also the most fake. I have a hard time talking to these girls because of how they are all self centered and only talk about themselves. They are the types of girls that go out and when some get too out of hand and get too drunk they leave them by themselves which lead to us guys or girls from other houses to take care of them. Weakest sisterhood on the mall.

From a guys perspective, Theta has the classiest girls on the mall. They are all hot, fun and the most genuine girls I have met in college. They are welcoming to all types of girls and they make everyone feel at home. The thing I like about this house the most is all the different types of girls they have in the house. In my opinion, they have the best sisterhood and they all seem to care about each other. I honestly have nothing bad to say about these ladies.

Bottom tier but for good reason. At a school where irresponsibility and being reckless makes you top tier, DZ gets a bad rep for being legitimately classy and for the most part, pretty well behaved. It's unfortunate that people talk badly about them, because they probably take their creed the most seriously of any sorority at state. These girls are going places.
