Theta has the chance to be the top house but they keep letting bad girls slip into their house. Half the house is pretty, smart, fun and cool, the other half should be in DZ or Phi Mu and you don't even know how they went Theta. They're on a fine line and need to step up recruiting or they may begin to fall fast.

They're okay, they're pretty involve but they do come off rude and mean to everyone else in other houses. It doesn't hurt to be nice for once. From reading the other rankings, I can most definelty say I laughed a little when it says they are the smartest house because they're actually the lowest house on the mall when it comes to gpa because they don't care much about grades, just as long as they can get cute girls. A few of the girls are nice but others aren't so much if you're not a phi mu.

They accept everyone and I mean EVERYONE. They have like what close to 100 members? No true sense of brotherhood what so ever. Plus they live in a sorority house lol
