informal recruitment

when is it determined which sororities will be holding informal recruitment? also how unlikely is it for juniors to get bids? I know most sororities are looking for freshmen, but are they likely to reject juniors right off the bat?

Delta delta delta already has their informal dates up on Facebook. And some other informal events for different sororities are invite only.
