pkt also lost their house. and that’s also just how it goes. delts house used to be chi phis house the year before. ranks are so fluid bec of this. a good fraternity everywhere is like 50% culture (pledging, quality of brothers, parties, etc.) and 50% house. but when that 50% fluctuates that much like idk.
