Frat Rankings Fall 23

1. Delt- best PC both fall and spring last year, best marmon party by far
2. Pike- always get good PCs, just as good as delt but have different vibes
3. SigEp- strong fall PC, weak spring PC, being off campus hurts them a lot
4. AEPi- good group of guys, lost their house for a not great one
5. KSig- fell off hard, some top sororities wont mix with them under any circumstances, weak spring PC
6. Chi Phi- lost their house, decent PCs overall
7. Sigma Chi- decent PCs, not a fratty vibe at all
8. PKT
9. Theta Chi
10. Lamba Chi
11. SAE

agreed, pike is probably the fraternity to beat and delt would be the closest thing to what people think of a traditional fraternity. ksig was top few years ago but fell off hard recently. aepi is a pretty tight knit bunch who are also involved in other things on campus. chi phi brothers have diverse interests and sigma chi are approachable and easy to talk to. sae and sig ep are off campus and have not met anyone in lamba or pkt
