why does tridelta get such small pcs

Tri delt was founded at BU, and was on top of the rankings for a long time until the school found out about dirty rushing and extreme hazing that they would put the girls through. The chapter was removed, however, as the chapter was founded at BU they were forced to reinstate them with the agreement that they could not drop anyone from the recruitment process, so they essentially get anyone who was dropped from other chapters meaning they can't really move up the rankings ever.
