Tightest-knit frat?

Spring rush here, new to this so not sure if it's been discussed before. I was wondering if you could give some insight on which frat is best in terms of friendships/overall quality of guys?

Pike/Chi Phi have the nicest guys
Delt is chill but can be much douchier at times
AEPi has weird vibes
SigEp and KSig speak for themseleves
