Recruitment with DG

I just have a general question, what are overall thoughts on DG? Do they primarily go for looks during recruitment. They are one of my tops alongside aphi and I was just wondering because I really liked them.

yes, I've been wondering the same thing. I feel as though I have good social skills but am definitely not the prettiest compared to all of the other potential new members
