Spring COB after rush?

Heard that the amount of girls rushing this semester formally has dropped significantly since last year. Do ppl think all sororities will do COB?

so I have a good feeling COB will be offered by a majority of sororities yet they won’t know until after formal recruitment

I think that almost all will have to given the number of girls who signed up.
