sophomore rush

Im considering transferring to BU next semester, I'll be a sophomore.
WIll I be allowed to rush even though I'm not a freshman?

A good number of guys rush as sophomores. I did it last year.
Whether it's because you're a transfer or you just didn't do it freshman year, you're at no disadvantage as a spring sophomore rush. I wouldn't wait til junior year, though, cause that's not the case with junior rushes
