how often to girls go through recruitment and not get into one at all? how weird do you have to be for that to happen? just curious.

If you go through recruitment and
A) Attend every party you are invited to
B) Maximize your options by ranking every chapter (especially on bid night)
and C) Follow the rules of recruitment
It is EXTREMELY unlikely that you would ever not receive a bid. Last year, every single PNM that completed recruitment was given a bid. Panhel does absolutely everything in their power to ensure no PNM gets left behind!
