Get off your lazy butt and get a full time job at a fine restaurant. May I suggest McDonalds? Paying your dues is what greek life is all about, no matter how over priced the dues are. You absolutely need this for your resume. Otherwise McDonalds will be your permanent employer.

this is ridiculous! most sorority dues tend to be around $300-400 a semester, and are a bit more expensive when you first join. it depends on the sorority, but most if not all will work with you and help set up a payment plan if you need! and most also have scholarships. going greek has been the best part of my college experience and just because it isn’t a huge part of BU culture doesn’t mean its not worth doing :)

If you have to ask......
I'll let you in on a dirty little secret....
One sorority, with ok looking blondes and 55 gallon drums of orange self tanner delivered by tanker truck weekly, has operating expenses of a little under $19,000 per month. Now, take that number and divide it among the sisterhood. Number please. No way. Yes way!! Save your money, invest it in grad school. Forget the phoney greek life here at BU. Oh you'll have fun and make friends who won't remember you after graduation. And you'll probably get greeked alright, minus the KY jelly.
