unfortunately, yes. there's always exceptions and they dont have 100% retention at pref, so if you like a house be yourself and hope for the best,

Anyone who tells you it isn’t true is trying to cover for them. It’s well known that they dirty rush but there’s still a very very small chance you could make it. Also be prepared to be hazed...cause that’s not just a rumor either lol I know one of the girls that was in the hospital last year
