First 2 days they ask about major, hometown, hobbies/clubs...mostly surface level stuff to make sure you’re involved in other stuff and see if you match the vibe of the chapter. Last two days are usually deeper more personal convos based on interests/stuff you have in common with chapterwomen, etc., these days are when you really show your personality and you can also decide if you can imagine yourself being friends with people in the chapter (which is all that actually matters- rankings don’t. Just choose a chapter with girls you want to be friends with and hangout with!)

for day three, it’s not like specific questions... all of them are the same tho, in that it’s a little bit of the surface convo, then it goes somewhat deeper. you may talk to a girl you talked to before, or you may talk to a girl that you have some stuff in common with. on day three it’s more like talking to a friend rather than an acquaintance
