meeting girls in sororities already

is it okay to talk to girls in sororities when we go to parties? i have noticed girls from the instagrams and want to say hi... is that okay?

Unless you know girls or recognize them from class or something i prob wouldn't say hi b/c you recognize them from insta. Also I wouldn't follow girls on insta just b/c they're in the sorority you want to be in
