rankings question

What factors go into rankings for frats and sororities? I know there’s a lot of subjective stuff (best parties/looks/etc) but is there any concrete stuff that makes one Greek org stand above another?

biggest things are reputation, looks, involvement, and academics

academics? i don't think anyone factors academics into rankings, at least not for fraternities
