I am calling on all Alpha Phis to reject the recruitment strategies designed and overseen by Alpha Phi International Fraternity. I am calling for the end of the sanctioned hazing of our members, the blatant disregard for our values, and taking membership selection decisions out of the handles of our collegiate members. The "clip board" ladies need to go home.
For those who require more information, please go to Reddit and search for Alpha Phi Michigan where you will find an anonymous expose written by a former collegiate recruitment chair. She gives a very detailed and accurate description of the recruitment strategy as outlined by the women at the very top of Alpha Phi. It is currently being used on this campus too.
I call on the collegians of Alpha Phi to read the document for themselves and ASK QUESTIONS. You likely have no idea that most of this is going on. You need to speak up.
This is a warning to the ladies of Alpha Phi International. No more stupid skits at regional conference. We don't care to watch you re-live your glory days. You need to step up to the microphone and own what is said in this expose and then tell us how you are changing it. If you don't, I promise you, we will be changing you at the next convention.

i’m from michigan and i’m here on BU page to get tea for my friend at BU who’s roommate just joined a sorority. Can confirm michigan google doc is true. it went up on michigan The Tabs insta page, and our student newspaper even wrote an excellent response to the doc. Girls are chosen for absolutely no reason other than their faces, bodies and trendiness. Sickening.

i’m from michigan here to look into my friends roommates sorority (she wanted tea lol) and i saw this so i just wanna confirm the michigan thing is true. the google doc caused a lot of girls to drop out of sorority rush all together and i have a friend who kept trying to drop phi but ended up preffing there so she dropped rush. luckily she got a snap bid from a great mid tier who liked her FOR WHO SHE WAS (unlike phi who liked her face and social media and body). the google doc does say that the nationals regulated their recruitment strategy, meaning Alpha phi allows and even encourages the practice of rating girls before rush starts and pairing them with girls within the chapter w the same rating during rounds. It’s sickening. it explains a lot why sisterhood in so many phi chapters is bad, iyou can’t make strong sisterhood putting clashing personalities together just to create the hottest pc. it’s idiotic tbh and i don’t respect the girls i know who joined phi even after reading this doc.
