With all the top frats struggling this semester will Chi Phi or DTD rise or will the top houses recover?

Kappa Sig’s house is focused by police with no parties
Pike has been failing rush for consecutive semesters
SigEp is about to be kicked off

Zeta Beta Tau is well on the rise, about to be top tier now that pike and sigep have fallen.

But considering there are only now six fraternities remaining and they are well known around campus, I'd say ZBT has a good chance of rising. But that will all depend on Spring Rush and if anymore fraternities get kicked off.
