pros and cons to off campus frats?

Ive been enjoying OZ but I hear they don't mix or socialize with sororitys? Parties have been great so far imo

Off campus frats are just glorified drinking clubs. If you want to mix with sororities and actually have fun you need to go into one of the top 2 on campus frats, since lower frats don’t get as much turnout from sororities
