Most pathetic group of individuals. Their Current eboard has completely destroyed their sisterhood. The amount of girls they lost this years shows how bad this eboard is. They're also doing informal in the fall, but don't bother trying if you're not blonde. Their Recruitment Chair and President won't want you.

First of all, the are obsessed with ZBT so that should tell you what tier they are. Second: This chapter has gone down the drain. The leadership is the reason why. Their EBoard does not trust any other officer and is literally running a dictatorship. My roommate is in gphi and apparently they had like FIVE people disaffiliate because no one likes their new EBoard. Overall, the EBoard/leadership is why this sorority now sucks. Slowly but surely dropping to bottom tier...

There are super nice girls, but as someone who has a roommate in GPhi, I would never want to be in this chapter. It's literally the most dramatic ass backward chapter. Their EBoard only cares about becoming "top tier" and apparently they literally didn't let some girls recruit because of their looks. It's absolutely disgusting how much they care about the looks. Now, that's not everyone in the chapter. There are some really really amazing girls in this chapter, so shout out to them.

It makes sense...you can always tell when they self rank they make a point of referencing looks and they always pose as if top of middle tier. I know they improved a little and i don't fault them for being ambitious but wish they spent more time actualy being a better chapter than self ranking/ posing. no offense to the few nice girls there, but i still think Aephi and KD are more appealing as a whole.

When I went through recruitment I honestly assumed they were top tier. They're so pretty and they were some of the nicest girls I met during recruitment. I didn't end up there but some of my good friends did and they're all incredibly happy. Really good chapter.

I have a few friends in this chapter, all who have said that there is an internal divide between some chapter leaders and its members. Their recruitment head is trying to take the chapter in a less diverse, multifaceted direction than what the members want.

Poor involvement on campus. Known to have the raunchiest, raciest, and out of control mixers. The chapter w the least class by far. Gphib needs to spend less time self-ranking and tearing down the chapters they didn't get bids from and more time improving their Standards department
