Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Boston University - BU 2.5 Just based on their numbers and how much they throw down, Kappa Sig should be top tier. However the people who are giving them top tier (giving them benefit of the doubt that they're not self ranking) are completely dellusional. When you have as many actives as them it makes sense you'd recruit one or two squids every now and again, but the proportion of their brothers whom are socially inept, rude, awkward, and just generally cringey is mind boggling.
