Sig Ep has made a huge splash since reaffiliating. Their two freshman classes have been two of the biggest and the BEST classes of any frats. One of the only group of genuine, fun, smart, and good looking guys you're going to find. Especially after the Sammy incident, sig ep is the new gentleman's frat that every sorority wants to hang out with.

i don't know why anyone would ever want to rush tridelt instead. it's clear that tridelt, as well as gphi and sk, are all very threatened by theta. they're not top tier, but they do have a great sisterhood and have some very beautiful girls. give them a couple years.
