As a Theta Chi sweetheart, I am biased and absolutely love the chapter here, but the most important aspect is the chapter's ability to recruit genuine men and make them even better men that they were before becoming a Theta Chi.

Awesome guys! If you are an agriculture or horticulture major you should definitely RUSH AGR!

Honestly, I would rate them as middle tier instead of top tier because of their brotherhood. These guys are a group of attractive, fun males that sometimes become extremely hard to handle AND succeed more from being close with Kappa Delta sorority on campus more than they would succeed alone as a fraternity itself. Smoke a lot (weed) and most of the guys become argumentative when they aren't sober.

Totally damaged by the fact that the fraternity can only recruit agriculture majors from an image standpoint, these guys really are true brothers and have a ton of fun with one another.

I would say this house is top tier on campus because of their social involvement as a whole, but would not consider their house as a top tier fraternity because of the overall act that they play in recruitment. From a girl's perspective, you could consider these guys as attractive and willing, because they are physically attractive and they are willing to try to be the best on campus. Other fraternities at FSC really do their own thing, and LXA does things to cater to others. Always.

Overall, these are the guys you want to really get to know before you make up an opinion on them. Come off as "non-involved" ; and "non-motivated&quo t; guys, but really they just carry on their priorities in a manner that allows them to have a greater brotherhood than most of the organizations on campus. You could hand pick any group fo Theta Chis and lock them in a room for hours alone, and they will have a great time together and accomplish a plan to succeed in their near future.
