there’s a review in here saying they have a brother that goes after guys. a brother has been expelled from the chapter. the active brothers openly announce he is not apart of the chapter and is no longer associated with them. so no worries about him. a great group of people who can throw bangers but also have the highest frat GPA.

theta chi is full of the smart guys, as of now there is one creep in there but he’s after guys so... anyways so they don’t have any amazing parties or anything but all the guys are really nice and fun and sweet. theta chi men will never disappoint but they def are not top tier just bc of the partying, but that makes them the classiest of course, they have REAL brains so at least you can find a man somewhere

pi kapp is really low key, nothing bad to say but they’re really into their philanthropy and have a very passionate brotherhood. wish i knew more of them they seem cool

they definitely only associate with tri delta. they’re ur typical bottom tier frat. keep to themselves. had one pledge this past year. they don’t rlly bother anyone. nothin special
