chiomega?
by: curiousfuturegreekReal thoughts about them, no bashing please. Who seems to be picked and stick with it?

There will be no bashing here. Chi Omega is a really nice sorority. There is no magic formula for who they pick. It is just a feeling that they go off of like any of the sororities. Girls that are new members in Chi Omega or any other sorority can sometimes find the whole process and expectations overwhelming. Some of the reasons for dropping a sorority are financial, time, grades, not clicking with the other girls, or finding that sorority life is not what they want. This happens to any sorority. The girls are great, they are genuine, smart, and ambitious. I am not sure what you are looking for in an answer. Every sorority will have girls that you will click with and those you will not. It is hard to get along with all 200 girls that have various personalities. However, if a girl in Chi Omega needs her sisters, they will be there. My advice is to talk to girls in all the sororities, watch them on campus, go on FB to see postings. This can help before going through recruitment. Most important be yourself.

The cost can vary depending on the sorority and when you go through recruitment. When you go through recruitment the information will be given to you then. When you go through recruitment go with an open mind and be yourself. Glad to read that you have a sorority in mind and that is great. Chi Omega is a really good sorority and they have some great girls. The stereotyping of sororities can happen based on other peoples viewpoint and sometimes the "bashing" game. Don't let that influence your decision on which sorority you want.

Thank you so much for the information, just wanted to mainly know if their were any negative stereotypes that I should be aware. I am honestly so into Chi Omega, hopefully I can go through recruitment and be able to make the payments. Happen to know the average cost?
