How much does it cost to rush and how much does it cost per year once yoou join a sorority?

i heard 50 for recruitment and between 500-1000 per year depending on the sorority with 1st year being most expensive

The first semester is the most expensive, not the first year. After the first semester you will already be an initiated sister and you won't have to pay new member fees. Recruitment is $50 and you get a tshirt. Every sorority is about $500-800 a semester but some offer monthly payment plans and some make you pay it up front. Don't let it stop you from rushing! You can always talk to your sorority's treasurer and work something out.
