The ChiO slander needs to stop
by: MemberIt’s so upsetting that chi o gets so much hate. as a member i don’t get why we still have the “weird” stereotype. there’s only a small handful of the girls who are weird in it, the rest are very normal and can hold conversations (plus they’re gorgeous inside and out) . if you feel like the girl u talked to during recruitment was awkward and weird…its probably bc you weren’t a wanted pnm so we didn’t pair you up with a good recruiter on purpose. also to address the 30 year old accusations, its true. we were forced to take her and her friend that are older bc they threatened going to the school for “discrimination”. it’s very embarrassing but there’s nothing we can do about it. and if u think chi o thinks they’re better then everyone, that’s not true at all. we know were are the low tier sorority and are working our ways up. please just stop bullying us bc its ruining so many things and killing our girls confidence.

Just remember that Greek Life @ FGCU is like a continuation of high school. Everything is based off being blonde first. Then you have immature young women choosing members based of looks and very little else. Members fall elsewhere after that. Doesn't that sound like high school to you? People cut down others because they have issues themselves.

Wake up pnms this post says it all. Sororities make majority of their bid choices before you walk in their doors. If you are not on their early bid list you will be voted on by the few girls that talk to you in a 10-15 minute round. Just imagine how quickly you are judged. Enough said.

Chi O is so used to being a sought-after chapter on their campuses they CAN’T HANDLE being new and not running things with their beauty queens and stuck-up sisters.

The fact that a pnm goes in to a party for 15 minutes and is judged by a few girls for membership is sad. No one can decide from a pnm's application if they are a good fit nor can they decide in 15 minutes. This is why the system is screwed up. The fact some ChiO above admitted they pre-judge girls before they even walk in the room and match the unwanted pnm with a horrible recruiter tells you how all these groups play the game.
