Wake Up Greek Life Members

by:

It is not a good look for anyone in a sorority to treat non-Greek members poorly. Without calling out a specific group, you need to realize your actions reflect poorly on your sorority as a whole when you act like a mean girl. If someone in your class asks you to be part of your study group it wouldn't hurt to be kind. Especially when you will be with the same people for the next two years. How hard would it be to try and be friendly or helpful to someone? Ever think they are reaching out because they don't have a friend or a study group yet? Maybe you just might benefit from being kind yourself. It's very sad that you find it so easy to be mean to others. Sure hope you don't struggle and need to reach out during the semester for a little extra help.

I could probably guess what group the mean girl was in.

Greeks are not well-liked on campus. They can't seem to get more than a few hundred girls to come out every year and many drop soon after. Just another example of the finest we have at FGCU.
