description of each sorortity please

A lot of the sororities here are really similar on paper, so until you go through recruitment and talk to them in person, you won't know for sure where you want to be or where you fit in. This is kind of a general overview of what to expect though…
KD, Tridelt, Zeta- all three have pretty similar vibes and are generally known to be “top” at most Florida schools. KD is really cool and friendly, Tridelt is chill and fun and Zeta is confident and outgoing. These three have the complete package (personality, look, involvement, tradition, etc)
AXO, Phi Mu- the newer sororities on campus and are pretty similar as well. have a lot of potential but aren't quite there. Really cute and trendy though -AXO is sweet but not super involved and Phi Mu is nice but can sometimes be kind of negative
Chi, DG- DG won't be here until next year but looks like a cool sorority so it will be great to see them here soon. Chi O is usually viewed as “bottom” but it must just be because of looks since they are usually nice and friendly. generally struggle during recruitment but the girls who join look like they are proud to wear their letters and seem to have a good sisterhood

The above poster is definitely a Tri Delt... This is accurate, the ranks in each tier on this list are just alphabetical and where you will fit in depends on your personality really:

Top
KD - pretty; laid back/chill; very involved (student body President is KD)
ZTA - pretty; facey/popular; also very involved (student body VP is ZTA)

Middle
Phi Mu - some pretty but mix of looks; involved; known as sweet and smart
Tri Delt - some pretty but mix of looks; less involved; fun partiers and less academic-focused in general

Bottom
AXO - mostly average looks; not very involved; doing well working their way up
XO - mostly below average looks; known as the only true bottom tier sorority here

Don't listen to these comments! Form your own opinions during recruitment, it's all about what sisterhood YOU fit in to best!

Whoever posted this I hope you go through recruitment with an open mind, going off of a ranking site is not the way to do it. You should pick where you feel the most at home, not what you see as top or bottom

Please do not listen to all of these rankings. Go with your instincts during recruitment. I went into recruitment having my sights set on one sorority and as the process continued, realized that what I thought I wanted was not the right fit for me and another sorority felt more like home. I have never regretted the decision that I made and gained so much from the experience. All of these rankings are a way for others to bash each of the sororities. They mean nothing. Go with where you feel at home.

Id say check out the instagrams and tumblrs of each sorority to get an overall feel! But make your decision in recruitment, it's a mutual process so go in open minded! Just cause you love one organization, doesn't mean you'll get it or that it's the right one for you

the best thing you can do is form your own opinions during recruitment!! do not let all of these girls who try to dirty rush and smack talk other organizations on the internet give you ideas of where you want to go! the best things you could do as as PNM are just look at the organization's social media and just see what happens during recruitment. girls are going to be brutal to each other on here and everyone is going to rank their own organization as the highest to persuade you
