The only downside about FGCU greek life is that it's not as competitive as it should be, and there is no greek housing. however, there is a hugely tight knit community.

FGCU is awesome. It's a chill campus, very laid back. No houses, but going Greek is still worth it. The best way to be relevant at fgcu is to join greek life.

No houses, but greek life is still fun to be a part of. Going Greek is the best way to get into fgcu's social scene.

I love being a part of greek life at this school. It is an amazing experience, with or without housing as most people complain about that. You are given so many rewarding opportunities. I have grown so much as an individual being a part of my organization and I wouldn't change it for anything!

Boring school and sad excuse for greek life. There are no greek houses here so its more or a club than a frat or srat. The only places they ever have socials are skateland, headpinz and keys (the only bar in town). Don't rush here it's a waste of time and money and better yet don't even go to this lame ass school. Everyone transfers anyways.

being apart of greeklife at fgcu has been one of the most amazing experiences ever. it is a lot less superficial than some of the bigger southern schools like fsu, ole miss, lsu, etc. the only downside is that we have no greek housing (yet) and it isn't as competitive as it should be. nevertheless, to somewhat relevant and exposed to the social scene being apart of greeklife is almost mandatory. also, dues are a lot lower which is a huge plus and a reason why a lot of people don't join. the upside is that you can always join your organization of choice, and transfer to a better chapter if it's not a fit!
