Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at Belmont University - BU 3.6 Theta needs to work on their people skills. During recruitment, every one I talked to felt so rehearsed we couldn't even have a good conversation. A couple girls interrupted what I was saying and told me about their philanthropy, which I hadn't even asked about yet. It all felt unnatural and forced, like someone out a lot of pressure on them to have a good pledge class. It didn't come off well.
