seriously stop with the self-ranking and saying you're just like theta. You are nothing like theta and will never be.

I am so pleased to see the growth with AST the past few years. There past two pledge classes have dominated. They know how to have a good time and be inclusive. They are good hearted. A lot of people wanted AST and Theta this recruitment. I am happy for both chapters because they are the girls you want to be. AST was definitely very selective this year, and it seemed to have worked in their favor. They are going strong.

When I was rushing I was told to either go for AST or phi mu but I found that it's definitely much harder to get into ast or theta. I was dropped by both and left with agd and phi mu preference night, which I was very happy with. Belmont's rush process deals more with your values and I feel like ast and theta share similar personalities which is probably why I was dropped. Not much of a partier. so any type of "tier" didn't really affect me much

It crazy because i feel like ast and theta's reputation change every year. they are the most diverse sororities which it comes to groups of people. No specific stereotype because it changes with each class. I love thetas, but i wouldn't say they're just the smart girl sorority because i see them out all the time. And AST is a party sorority but there are definitely girls in there who aren't. Phi Mu and AGD always kind of remain the same, not a bad thing just something I've noticed

I find this sorority to be one of the most involved with campus activities and just socially. They don't seem as stuck up as some of the others. Their reputation around campus has grown exponentially so the top. They aren't letting that go to their heads like sororities in the past but using that to grow even more.

As a freshman that didn't go through recruitment, I wish I did. Most of my friends wanted AST. From an outside perspective most incoming freshman were torn between AST and Theta, but what made my friends choose AST over Theta was there social life seemed to be a better for them personally. I'm sure they are both great.

Fun loving, beautiful girls that care about others and their philanthropy. Passionate and incredibly welcoming. They are the most chill and sincere group of girls on campus.
