Nightlife at FAU?

What's up everyone..

I'm a college bar owner and am looking into opening something at FAU. I plan on heading down to Boca soon, but was hoping you all could give me a little info about the nightlife before I go down there.

What's the nightlife like at FAU? Are there any specifically COLLEGE bars? If so, what are they?

Are there any places for people under 21 to go?

No there are no places to go at fau that are 18+. Closest one is west palm I believe. Our bars that are 21+ go through periods of being strict and easy. You really never know. Hope this helps!
