best party frat

I want to join a frat that isn't lame, but I know that's impossible at FAU. So what's the best frat to join that actually has good parties with tons of people while still having high standards and doing community service etc. Should've went to Florida state...

The only frats that can actually compare to florida state are delt, phi delt, and sig ep. These are the "top tier" frats here.

2019-2020 i would recommend rushing delts, aepis, or sig eps if you wanna party every weekend. Sig chi phi delt pi kapps and pikes do less wet events and more philanthropy. Good balances
