Love love LOVE these women! They're always a joy to be around and are great role models. Yes, they can be a bit catty like ANY sorority but that's their only negative. If you want to be apart of an amazing sisterhood with beautiful girls who keep it real, Rush Theta Phi!

I think they have been making huge improvements internally and in regards too changing up the image but they are definitely in a quantity over quality mindset. Be more selective guys, you got some great girls but most are subpar. Should socialize more too.

These girls deserve more credit than they're getting! Sure, the sisterhood isnt that great but thats always something they have to work on and ARE working on. They are overall very smart, pretty, and classy girls, with a few drunkys but what sorority doesn't? I agree that they do need to be a little more social when it comes to other sororities and fraternities because its all about that PAN LOVE, not cattiness. But every girl has something to bring to the table and theyre moving up from here!

These girls get very catty when it comes to other sororities. Individually they have some great girls, but they don't work well as a chapter and you see the same few girls active around campus.

Definatley the lowest of the low sorority. They were so desperate to get people for the spring that it was pathetic and painful to watch. Sad. They messaged my friends girlfriend and her friends over facebook practically begging then to rush. Also my brothers call them theta theighs for obvious reasons. When its announced that we have a social with them everyone gets annoyed. Get with the game

They seem like nice girls. Some of them are cliquey but the majority are super sweet and friendly. Plus they throw killer events

I work with the student union and come in contact with these ladies often and they are always so kind, funny, well-dressed and well-spoken. You never hear a negative word out of their mouths, they're the kind of girls I would want to hang out with
