totally released from recruitment
by: Not a memberI'm pretty bummed this happened. Should I look into COB, try again next year or give up?

Were you cut from every sorority? Did you have recs? Grades? Is there any reason you can think of that you would be "no rec'd?" You can find so much to engage in and have fun with here so please don't think sorority life is the only way to having fun. I'm sorry that happened but find your passion. Good luck!

I had two pref parties then no bid... I don't want to give out too much info but I'm from the south, not TX and had above 3.0 I didn't have recs for all houses. That's all I'm willing to say. It came as such a shock. I got some really bad news from home earlier that day and kept it to myself since then so maybe I was acting weird/stand offish. All my hall mates are so happy and thrilled. Blah just feeling sorry for myself. But look into COB I liked AXO in earlier rounds or see what else Baylor has to offer and maybe try again or not. Just venting.

Sounds like you are a great catch. Check with Panhellenic. COB is a great way to join a sorority who wants You!
