What are yalls honest opinion of Sigma Chi even though they have only been back for one semester?

20% cool guys.... 80% losers who could not get bids to a better fraternity and were scared of pledgeship.

Really bud there are better options out there to join...... KOT, SAE, Kappa Sig, ATO, Fiji, Sigep, Phi Delt.

Any of those would be better than sigma chi.

You only do college once.... Don't waste your time with some chapter that just got back on and will take at least 10 years to get good.

I suggest you look at nationwide rep. Nobody knows a kot when you graduate except Baylor. Also being a big fish in a small sea pays off after graduation.

I don't know sigma chi that well, but I will say something. You could join something already great or you could make something that isn't great great. In my experience I found the second much more satisfying

that is so dumb. no sigma chi here is a joke and i would literally rather rush something else than waste my energy and time on something that isnt going anywhere

It takes years and years to make any organization great.

Why should a freshman spend his limited 3 years doing that?

There are great organizations already established
